Whether facilitating group therapy, leading a sound bath, or supporting a psychedelic integration, Ryan meets each moment with reverence and deep listening.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Utah Tech University and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Utah. She approaches clients with deep empathy, curiosity, and respect for the whole person, recognizing the interconnectedness of emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual well-being. Her work is informed by psychological theory, mindfulness practices, attachment-based insights, and trauma-aware care, while remaining practical and accessible.

In group settings, Hunter creates a supportive environment that encourages self-reflection, personal responsibility, and authentic connection. She values allowing clients space to discover insights for themselves, fostering empowerment rather than directive change. In individual sessions, she blends reflective listening, cognitive and behavioral strategies, nervous system regulation, and holistic practices to help clients build self-awareness, resilience, and self-trust.

Hunter is especially attentive to the role of language, belief systems, and coping patterns in shaping behavior and identity. She incorporates tools such as reframing, values exploration, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, while drawing from her background in sound healing and Reiki to support grounding and emotional regulation when appropriate.

At the core of Hunter’s work is a belief in each person’s innate capacity for growth. She is committed to creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with their authentic selves and move forward with clarity and intention.

Chris Kindred

CPSS, Case Manager

Chris  is a recovery-informed Case Manager and Certified Peer Support Specialist with lived experience navigating nearly two decades of addiction and the profound transformation that followed. His work is grounded in the belief that healing doesn’t come from being “fixed,” but from being understood, supported, and empowered to reconnect with one’s true self.

Chris brings a rare blend of hard-earned insight, compassionate presence, and practical tools to his counseling practice. Having walked through addiction, identity loss, shame, and rebuilding from the ground up, he understands the internal battles many people face especially those who feel stuck, disconnected, or exhausted by repeating the same cycles despite wanting more from life.

His approach is trauma-informed, non-judgmental, and rooted in nervous-system awareness, personal accountability, and self-trust. Chris works with individuals who are ready for change but may not yet know how to access it people who feel there is more to them than their current circumstances, even if they’ve lost sight of it.

Rather than offering surface-level motivation, Chris helps clients slow down, get honest, and build sustainable change from the inside out. He believes recovery is not just about abstaining from substances, but about reclaiming agency, rebuilding self-worth, and learning how to live with clarity and purpose.

Chris’ mission is simple: to walk alongside others as they rediscover who they are beneath survival mode and to remind them that transformation is possible, no matter how long the road behind them has been.
