Ryan is the clinical director and the proud co-owner of Premier Counseling Services, where he helps individuals overcome addiction and trauma to live their best lives. Ryan's personal experience with addiction and subsequent recovery inspired him to pursue a career in the field of addiction treatment, and his passion and dedication to the work are second to none.
Ryan's journey of self-discovery led him to the transformative practice of meditation, which he now shares with his clients. After discovering the powerful practice of meditation, Ryan became dedicated to empowering his clients to discover their most authentic selves.
Ryan utilizes his expertise in trauma therapy, including EMDR, somatic work, and integrative therapy, to help his clients heal deep emotional wounds. Ryan's unique approach to therapy includes the transformative process of meditation, breath work, and mindfulness, which has the potential to facilitate true spiritual awakening in his clients. Ryan's mission is not just to help people recover from addiction but also to empower them to discover their true selves and lead a fulfilling life.
Ryan holds a bachelor's degree from Utah Tech University and a master's degree in social work from the prestigious University of Utah. He is a shining example of humility and never prioritizes hierarchy over compassion, a rare trait in the business world. Trina Parke

Trina is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the social service field. Since founding Premier Counseling in 2013, she has proven to be an exceptional asset to our team. Her unwavering commitment to providing top-notch service to our clients has helped to shape and expand our programs to better serve our community.
Recently graduating from the renowned University of Utah with a master's degree in social work, Trina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Her passion for helping others shines through in her work, and her ability to connect with clients on a personal level sets her apart as a truly exceptional therapist.
Trina's dedication and tireless efforts have helped many clients to overcome adversity and grow both personally and professionally. Her professionalism, compassion, and drive to continually learn and improve make her an indispensable member of the Premier Counseling team.
Tia Ragona-Nehrenz

Where to start with Tia? There's so much to tell! With over 20 years of experience, Tia shines as an Advanced Substance Use Disorder Counselor. She's not just a professional in her field; Tia is the embodiment of true leadership. Imagine someone who's kind, compassionate, intelligent, and humble. Add a dash of enthusiasm and a deep understanding of self-awareness, and you have Tia. She’s not just a counselor; she inspires and holds space for transformation. A certified yoga instructor, Muay Thai practitioner, and a professional photographer – her talents are as varied as they are impressive. Jordynn Gardner

Jordynn is a Certified Substance Use Disorder Counselor who brings a wealth of expertise and compassion to her role at Premier Counseling Services. She is dedicated to helping individuals overcome addiction and to create meaningful and lasting change in their lives. With a strong ability to connect with others and create deep connections, Jordynn runs our GOP, IOP, and PHP groups with passion and commitment.
Currently studying for her Bachelor’s Degree at Utah Tech University, Jordynn is deeply committed to her education and is constantly seeking new ways to improve her skills and knowledge. Her ultimate goal is to complete a masters program to become a therapist and to continue to serve the community with her unique blend of empathy, experience, and insight.

Tyrone Hafen

Tyrone's journey has been one of resilience, forged in the fires of adversity. Despite facing significant challenges throughout his life, he never gave up and instead found strength in his struggles. Four years ago, Tyrone made the courageous decision to overcome his addiction and legal problems, and he has been on a path of transformation ever since.
As a Certified Peer Support Specialist and Case Manager at Premier, Tyrone draws on his personal experiences to help clients access community resources and navigate the challenges of recovery. He has a natural ability to connect with others, and his empathy allows him to experience their emotions deeply.
Tyrone's journey to recovery has been multi-faceted, integrating NA, A Course in Miracles, and other spiritual practices. Through his own experience, he has gained a deep understanding of the challenges of recovery and the importance of support systems. Tyrone's dedication and passion for helping others is a true asset to the Premier team, and his commitment to empowering others to overcome their own obstacles is truly inspiring.
Hunter Winn

Hunter is in her senior year of a bachelor’s degree program for psychology with a minor in communications. Hunter is completing her internship at Premier Counseling for Substance Use Disorder Counseling. Hunter realized that she enjoys college and decided to stay in to obtain higher education.
Hunter has a very intimate relationship with substance use disorders. Because of this, she is eager to lead with love and help to be a guide for those still suffering from the density that is substance dependance. Hunter completed treatment herself at Premier Counseling a few years ago. She fell in love with Premier and decided to go to college so that she could be part of the team.
