Biopsychosocial Assessments
We offer court approved assessments/evaluations for drug and alcohol, domestic violence, anger management, and mental health
Purpose
The purpose of assessments is to determine what treatment, if any, would be most beneficial. If you would like to enroll in our drug/alcohol program and/or domestic violence program, an initial assessment is required in order to determine the appropriate level of care for each individual.
Cost
The cost of assessments start at $125.00, but we do accept most insurances. There is also assistance available for those in need of a domestic violence assessment.
Getting Started
The first step in setting up an assessment is to come into our office during our office hours to fill out our required paperwork. Once this is completed in full, an appointment can be scheduled. Additional documentation may be required.
